Plan now on joining us for our next Ladies Monday Night Special in Spring 2019. Our special guest speaker is Kim Phuc Phan Thi, the author of “The Napalm Girl’s Journey Through the Horrors of War to Faith, Forgiveness, and Peace.” The theme for the evening is Rejoicing In Hope. Referenced informally as the Napalm girl, Kim Phuc is a South Vietnamese-born Canadian best known as the nine-year-old child depicted in the Pulitzer Prize-winning photograph taken at Trảng Bàng during the Vietnam War on June 8, 1972.
Tickets ($5/person) will be on sale in the church foyer as the event approaches. Questions? Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
