Plan now on joining us for our next Ladies Monday Night Special in Spring 2019. At this Hope Banquet, our special guest speaker will be Kim Phuc Phan Thi, the author of “The Napalm Girl’s Journey Through the Horrors of War to Faith, Forgiveness, and Peace.” The theme for the evening is Rejoicing In Hope.

Referenced informally as the Napalm girl, Kim Phuc is a South Vietnamese-born Canadian best known as the nine-year-old child depicted in the Pulitzer Prize-winning photograph taken at Trảng Bàng during the Vietnam War on June 8, 1972.

Banquet tickets ($20/person) are available online and will also be on sale in the church foyer Sundays April 28, May 5, and May 12. Questions? Email Paula McGregor at womensministry@faithmuskoka.ca.

There will be a freewill offering to support Kim’s ministry to children who are victims of war. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Looking forward to seeing you there!
